Terms & Conditions:
All lots will be sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties of any kind. Purchased items must be collected within 2 weeks post-auction. Items not collected within this time will be deemed abandoned and either disposed of or re-sold.

Inspection & Collection:
All assets are located at 1 Batts Street, Emerald QLD 4720, unless otherwise stated in individual lot descriptions. Assets located off-site can be inspected by appointment only. Yard hours for inspections are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Invoicing & Payments:
Invoices will be emailed once the final lot has been sold. Full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Items may not be collected until full payment is received.

Auction Closing Format:
