TERMS: All lots will be sold as is, where is, with no warranty of any kind. Purchased items must be collected within 2 weeks post-auction. If not collected within this time, the items will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of or re-sold.
INSPECTIONS: All assets are located at 1 Batts Street Emerald, QLD unless stated otherwise in individual lots. Assets off-site can be inspected by apointment only. Yard hours for inspections are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and Saturday 12th 8am-12pm.

INVOICES & PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed out as soon as the last lot has been sold. Full payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving invoice and no collection of items untill full payment has been received.
This auction features a staggered closing system, the first lot will close at 9am pending there are no bids within 5 minutes of its timer. Thereafter each lot will close sequentially in this same format and order, please refer to each lot timer for its expected closing time.
